I thought I was better than that …

Why can’t I just be as good as I thought I was? I guess I should just admit to the fact that I can only type 63 words a minute!

Click here to take the Speedtest just like I did. It’s like super fun. You can see how average, good or sucky (LOL) you are at typing.

I thought I could type faster than that. The problem with it is the fact that I actually make more errors than I thought but I go back and correct them so that I don’t have to see them when I am normally typing. This is a lot diferent than I thought it would be. HA. Well if the actual box showed up you would have seen that I can type 63 words and 2 errors, so see it’s not that big.

So I know that sounds stupid but still. That kept me busy for like – the last … oh I think 5 boring minutes just to go blog surfing find someones blog read the recent post find the site  (good one by the way about Twilight oh – and she’s funny too!) and take the test.

DO IT. Ok so you don’t have to – but admit it – you want to  ;)

  1. Hi! I came to visit.

I am now on page 406 of “Twilight”. Edward sent Bella off with Jasper and Alice, and they are waking up in a cheap motel. (I’m sure that sounds kinky to anyone not familiar with the storyline. :D )

I LOVE Edward’s family, although I can’t quite figure out if they are too good to be true. Rosalie seems like a brat, and I’m a little suspicious of Jasper and Alice (can’t remember which one just “came to be” with no memory… seems fishy), but for the most part, I think they’re pretty great. Especially Carlisle and Esme. *sigh* At this point on the book, they remind me of my in-laws, except that the Cullens are nice. (Ha ha! I just called my in-laws vampires!) I wonder how that will change, though.

The only character relationship I know about is Edward and Bella, so I would imagine that I need to read further before I meet Jacob.

Stupid books. Like I needed one more thing to obsess over…

Hey, and you’re welcome at my site any time! :)

  2. Nope, still in “Twilight”. Book 1.

Funny story– I read your second comment, where you started talking about Jacob, and I actually covered my eyes so I wouldn’t read any spoilers. (Now I’m ROLLING my eyes. I am a huge dork.) I will have to go back and read that comment later.

  3. I just finished “Twilight”. I can feel Edward pulling away, and I hate it. Also, oh yeah! Jacob! (I forgot what his name was.) I’m not surprised he gets involved and messes some things up.

Tomorrow will be spent reading “New Moon”, and I plan to read “Eclipse” on Sunday.

Who cares that there is laundry piled up into the living room and down the stairs? Kids won’t die if they eat PB & J for six meals in a row, right?

Is the new book going to be told from Edward’s perspective? I read something on Stephenie Meyer’s blog about it, long before I started the series.

  4. hahaha! 65 a minute! woot! ok…not so great but the words have no flow so it gets confusing otherwise if they made sense and i was writing i would go so much faster…ok i wanna try again lol!
